My name is Edgard Cavalcanti,

I’m a Writer/Director as well as an Actor and Comedian. Can I do it all at the same time?…YES - but rarely do I attempt it.

I was born in Rio de Janeiro and raised between London and Los Angeles. I feel very lucky to have lived between the two homes of our entertainment industry.

After graduating from The Los Angeles Film School I went to work for Warner Brothers Studios on the set of “Aqua Man 2” as a Production Assistant. This job in particular opened a lot of doors for me and gave me the opportunity to work for other major production studios (Disney, Netflix, Amazon).

Acting and Comedy has been a part of me ever since I was born into a family of artists with parents who never went to college! My comedian father inspired a great deal of my courage and pursuit of making sure I was the funniest person people knew. I’ve always felt a need to make others happy by making them laugh at both me and themselves.
